I promised I would share the recipe for these amazing brownies, and I'm only a day late! Trust me, these are worth the wait!
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup of packed brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 cold eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups mini marshmallows
Ghirardelli squeeze bottle caramel
Directions:
For high altitude, preheat oven to 350°. If you're not at high altitude, preheat to 325°.
Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with aluminium foil and grease with butter, Pam, or oil.
Use a double broiler (or a microwave safe bowl) to melt butter and unsweetened chocolate together.
Remove from heat and add brown sugar, white sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix together.
Add all 4 eggs at once and beat until the batter is glossy.
Add flour and stir only until incorporated. Add chocolate chips, nuts, and marshmallows. Stir together again just until incorporated. Pour into foil lined baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes. When a toothpick is inserted, it should come out clean, with maybe a little batter at the bottom.
Immediately after removing from the oven, squeeze desired amount of caramel over the top and let cool completely before removing from pan.
